London, September 2023 - Support Hub is a service powered by Experian and it’s been created to help consumers share their support needs with multiple organisations in a simple and consented way.
Research has shown that there are over 27 million potentially vulnerable adults in the UK, however the disclosure of support needs remains low.
Experian has brought together some of the UK’s leading organisations to collaborate and learn collectively on how to promote consumer disclosure and ensure consumers get the support they need from the organisations they interact with.
We’ve been working closely with Experian and vulnerability experts in creating a tell it once solution for consumers. We’re privileged to be involved in Support Hub and are using the knowledge we have gained alongside customer feedback to improve how we support our customers. We pride ourselves in helping people move forward with credit. Support Hub helps us to do that.
